Lyons-Decatur Northeast Public Schools provides the highest quality education by individualizing student learning, while focusing on the whole development of every child. The district provides a variety of programs and activities to enhance student learning and provide opportunities for all students to be involved in their learning and growth.
The mission of the school is to "Empower all students to Achieve." We believe all people have strengths, all people can learn, education must adapt to societal needs, learning is a lifelong process, all people benefit from a safe, positive, and respectful environment, education is a cooperative responsibility of students, family, school, and the community.
