Planning & Zoning

The Planning & Zoning Commission reviews proposed amendments to zoning ordinances, site plans and plat applications, and also makes recommendations to the Council regarding the current and future development of the City of Lyons.

Planning Commission Meetings are held at 5:30 p.m., Lyons Library on the first Thursday of each month.

Building Permits need to be turned into the city office by noon the Monday prior to the regular montly meeting.
